To enable the Forum to formulate position papers, comments and recommended policies in respect of human resources, labour affairs and social policy matters;
To ensure that the Chamber’s view on human resources-related, labour affairs and social policy matters are communicated to business organisations and government;
To formulate human resources guidelines for use by members regarding policies and procedures, on a pro-active basis;
To facilitate the sharing and dissemination of current, relevant HR/IR information;
When appropriate, to meet with unions or union groupings, to address matters of mutual interest; and
To encourage networking among HR/IR professionals.
