1.Kylie Griffin, Executive Director, Kwa Zulu Natal Engineering Industries Association.
Having gained experience in various sectors from banking to retail and then manufacturing Kylie took up her current role with KZNEIA in 2011. As ED for the past 13 years, she has represented member companies on various collective forums in the Metal and Engineering Industry including Industry Wage Negotiations and other Dispute forums at both regional and national levels.
With a business qualification and years of experience in the Industrial Relations space, Kylie has significant insight and understanding of the delicate balance between business and labour.
2.Vuyiswa Miya-Mokwana, Industrial Relations Executive, SEIFSA
Yuyiswa is an admitted attorney with extensive experience in handling matters pertaining to contractual disputes, drafting contracts, providing legal advice, appearing in the CCMA and bargaining councils, and chairing disciplinary hearings.
She holds an LLB Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law, both from the University of Johannesburg. Yuyiswa, is therefore well placed to take us through the ‘draft Code of Good Practice: Dismissal.’
