The Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry NPC invites you to attend the Johannesburg Launch of the Durban Shipping Chamber on 26 August 2026, from 17:30 – 18:30, at Bowmans, 11 Alice Lane, Sandhurst, Sandton, 2196.

Aligned with South Africa’s Comprehensive Maritime Transport Policy, the Durban Shipping Chamber is a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening Durban’s position as Africa’s premier port city and maritime gateway.

Bringing together stakeholders across shipping, logistics, ports and marine services, the Chamber will create a platform for collaboration, industry growth and greater alignment on policy and opportunities shaping South Africa’s maritime sector.
